Support-only subscription

The Cisco Developer Network offers an annual developer support-only subscription. Companies who develop in-house or customized applications using Cisco APIs and SDKs can open Service Requests. 

Universities, hospitals, service providers, large enterprise customers and professional services partners are typical candidates for this type of subscription.

Service Level Agreements

CDN engineers provide support during standard business hours and commit to initial response times after a customer opens a service request. Time to resolution varies depending upon the complexity of the support issue.

Open a Service Request

Associate your CDN support contract number to your cisco.com user id to open Services Requests. There are three SRs per subscription year. You can purchase additional Service Requests. If you don't have your contract number, email us.

Register for a Cisco.com account

Complete general partner information, and the legal contact, save and select Support Only option from the dashboard. http://cdn.cisco.com/group/

Developer Support-only subscription

Download and submit the completed form with a purchase order. Once the order is complete, CDN will send an email with the contract number.
